Get The New VPR App For iPhone & Android

ORIGINAL 5/1/2015: The new is available in the App Store. to your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.

If you have an iOS device the VPR App is still the easiest way to listen to the live streams, to get the latest news and catch up on recent programs. In the new version of the App you'll see clearer stream metadata to know what program is on now and up next as you listen to VPR and VPR Classical; you'll be able to dig into the VPR News headlines for the audio, text and images with every story; and you'll still have one-tap access to the latest Vermont Edition, Commentaries, Featured Programs and even School Closings.

We partnered with to launch this new version of the App. Jacapps was founded by Paul and Fred Jacobs of , and they have a long history of working with VPR and other public radio stations. Jacapps recently worked with and to launch the latest versions of their iPhone Apps.

Depending on your device settings, your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch might update automatically or you may have to initiate the update by going to the App Store. You can also just open this link on your device and follow the Update/Install directions.

FYI: we are working on an upgrade to the Android App, look for that in the coming months!
