"I am thrilled to be hosting VPR Classical's tour to Germany, Helen said. “Beethoven is a composer who is dear to my heart, and I am excited to share my love of his music with our listeners, as well as my fondness for German culture. I spent several happy years singing in German opera houses along the Rhine river valley. That part of Germany is so beautiful in October, and we'll enjoy making some incredible musical memories along the way, as the entire country celebrates a beloved composer."
