Cindy Rodriguez
Senior VP of People & CultureCindy Rodriguez serves as the SVP of People & Culture leading our organization's people and culture initiatives. Cindy has had a long career in human resources and is an expert in the work of human resources and diversity, equity and inclusion.
She comes to 开云体育 from WBUR in Boston, where she worked as Senior Manager of People, Planning and Operations. In that role, she was instrumental in leading a process to develop a new and comprehensive talent and culture strategy. She also oversaw the organization's performance management system, employee engagement efforts, compensation analysis and HR information systems. Prior to WBUR, Cindy built her robust foundational experience in HR roles across various industries including finance, non-profits, aviation and higher education as well as providing strategic DEI consulting to non-profits.
Cindy received a Master of Public Administration centered in Social Policy from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell College.
