Spring Bird Show

This winter will certainly be remembered for the ice and cold. But hopefully it will also be remembered as the winter of the snowy owl invasion. Many people got a chance to see the majestic white birds as they pushed the southern boundary of their range. Now that warmer temperatures are gracing the thermostat, our fairer weather friends have begun to appear. Red-winged blackbirds have been flitting among the cattails, and bald eagles have been busy setting up nests already.

We'll talk to bird diva about what other species have been arriving from warmer climates. And we'll hear about how this winter's harsh weather may have affected the birds that remain here all through the year. We'll also take your comments and questions.
