VPR Cafe: What Are Vermonters Eating At Camp?

Sally Pollak, food writer for the "Burlington Free Press," recently surveyed campers around Joe's Pond in West Danville, asking for their favorite summer menus. She joined "VPR Cafe" to talk about what she found out.

Many Vermonters spend the summer at camps along the shores of our many lakes and ponds, eating from a wide range of menus depending on location and resources.
Sally Pollak, food writer for the Savorvore Section of the Burlington Free Press, recently joined a group of Barre motorcyclists for a steak and potato cookout at Joe's Pond in West Danville. She surveyed campers around the pond, asking for their favorite summer menus.

Pollak joined VPR Café to talk about what she found out.
