The 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing are at the midway point, and so far, it has been a mixed bag for the athletes with ties to Vermont. Ryan Cochran-Siegle won a silver medal in the men鈥檚 super-G, and cross-country skier Jessie Diggins, who attended the Stratton Mountain School, scored a bronze this week. But, one of the most talked-about upsets so far centered on alpine skier Mikaela Shiffrin, who failed to finish her first two races.
