A state representative from southern Vermont was allegedly caught on video pouring water into another lawmaker鈥檚 bag at the statehouse in Montpelier. Seven Days' political reporter Kevin McCallum , and on Tuesday, Seven Days . McCallum joined Vermont Edition to discuss his reporting.
