A Peculiar Progressive Primary Ballot

There are two names on the Progressive Party鈥檚 primary ballot for governor, and party leaders don鈥檛 want members to vote for either of them. Plus, Vermont reports its first COVID-19 death in 43 days, the former owners of the Rutland Herald file for bankruptcy and a new outbreak of coronavirus among Vermont inmates.
