Saturday at 1 p.m., Saturday Matinee brings you the Lyric Opera Of Chicago's recent production of Giacomo Puccini's masterpiece,
Making her Lyric Opera debut is Russian soprano, in the role of Mimi. Of her performance in this production, the Chicago Tribune said "...the velvety richness and beauty of her sound, the sensitivity of her phrasing and the earthy sensuality she radiates on stage make her impressive in this touchstone soprano part."
Joseph Calleja is Rodolfo with Elizabeth Futral as Musseta, Lucas Meachem as Marcello, Andrea Silvestrelli as Colline, Joseph Lim as Schaunard and Dale Travis as Benoit/Alicindoro.
