If your house is in a flood zone, you may have noticed your flood insurance rates going up. Last week the Senate sent a bill to President Obama鈥檚 desk that would change that. The , expected to be signed into law this week, repeals an earlier law which had raised flood insurance premiums to try to get the National Flood Insurance Program out of debt.
