The Battle of Lake Champlain, also called the Battle of Plattsburgh was a key moment of the War of 1812 for Vermont.

Vermont may not have been the site of the major battles of the War of 1812, but the state was still impacted by the war. Vermont Edition spoke with the new state archaeologist Jess Robinson about Vermont鈥檚 involvement in the War of 1812.
