Regional Report: New Drug Enforcement Rules In Hartford Schools Prompt Debate

The Hartford School District is about to implement some tough new punishments to deal with a growing drug problem in its schools.

The subject has prompted some heated debate recently among school administrators and board members, and Matt Hongoltz-Hetling has been in the pages of the Valley News. He joined VPR to talk about what the new punishments mean for Hartford students and residents.
