For Lex Jackson of Shelburne, it's something called . She competes in the sport on the Red Bull Crashed Ice Tour. In just two years in the sport, she has risen to No. 1 in the U.S. and third in the world.
We spoke with her about how she got interested in the sport and her rapid ascent.
