Months after postponing the passage of an ordinance that some say criminalizes homeless, the city of Lebanon, New Hampshire is bringing the ordinance back up for consideration.
After , the Lebanon City Council chose to hold off on enacting an ordinance that would have banned overnight camping on city property. They organized a task force to look at issues related to homelessness and revised the ordinance.
