U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh will be back before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday, , who alleges Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in the 1980s. Kavanaugh denies the allegations.
Both will testify under oath � Ford is scheduled to be questioned first, with Kavanaugh's testimony to follow.

Since Ford's allegation became public, with allegations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh. He also denies these allegations.
On Wednesday, the Leahy and his fellow Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee that called on the president to withdraw Kavanaugh's nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court or to order the FBI to investigate the allegations.
