"Unfettered Wings," a painting by Alexis Kyriak. In this final installment of "They Are Us," we hear from Alexis - who was diagnosed with schizophrenia - about the role work plays in her recovery.

Both Alexis and Steve were diagnosed with schizophrenia. This is the story about how meaningful, paid work plays a role in their recovery.
